Colliers are able to tailor property services to meet the requirements of the client. In certain cases the client may prefer to handle aspects of their property management or development projects themselves perhaps by utilizing existing in house property staff.
In these instances Colliers can provide Client support services that will entail Ramping Up management teams or reviewing and assessing existing teams to make their workflow more efficient, more productive and more professional.
Examples of where such services may be focused include:
- Devise policies and procedure documentation and operational manuals for handover to the client based on ISO 9002 rated processes using Colliers International offices if required.
- Review existing staff strengths and weaknesses and recommend additional team members, re-training of current staff, re-allocation of duties and recommend engagement of new staff where appropriate.
- Devise in house staff training programs.
- Source and recruit new staff from local or international markets for employment by the client directly.
- Undertake a contract of engagement on a project with a finite handover timeframe.
