Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers is the largest locally owned full-service commercial real estate services company in the Washington, DC metropolitan region. It serves local and national clients from its headquarters in Washington, DC and locations in Tysons Corner, Virginia, and Bethesda, Maryland.
Since our inception in 1981, we’ve earned a reputation for excellence in providing a full-service platform of commercial real estate services including: Investment Sales, Finance, Landlord and Tenant Representation, Property Management, Project Management, Market Research, Government Services, Retail Services and Industrial Services.
In 2008, Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers completed over $3 billion in commercial sales, finance and leasing transactions, $75 million in project management, and at year end, managed over 21 million square feet in commercial office and retail properties.
Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers' Capital Markets Group closed more than $1.6 billion in commercial sales and financing in 2008. The firm leased 5 million square feet in 450 transactions with a total lease value of approximately $1.5 billion.
- Real Capital Analytics ranked C&PC as the #2 Office Investment Sales Broker in the Washington, DC region for 2008. The company ranked #2 in 2007 and 2006, as well, and #1 in the previous three years.
- Real Estate Alert ranked C&PC #2 in Top Office Brokers in the Washington, DC region for 2008 for deals of more than $25 million.
- CoStar named C&PC one of the Top Ten Sales Companies and one of the Top 20 Leasing Companies in the Washington, DC region for the past four years.
- The Washington Business Journal Book of Lists listed C&PC as the 5th largest Property Management Company in the Washington metropolitan area for 2008. (This was up from #7 in 2007.) Also, the company was ranked the 8th largest Commercial Real Estate Leasing Company.
- Greater Washington Commercial Association of REALTORS® (GWCAR) recognized the Industry’s Top Agents in sales, finance, and leasing for 2007. C&PC received the following awards:
SALES: Bill Collins and Paul Collins were awarded the #5 Top Regional Sales Agents, #7 Top Washington, DC Sales Agents, #7 Top Virginia Sales Agents and #4 Top Maryland Sales Agents. Jayne Shister was named #10 Top Washington, DC Sales Agent, and Drew Flood was named #10 Top Maryland Sales Agent. Also, Bill Collins, Paul Collins and Drew Flood were awarded Virginia Sales Transaction of the Year for Waterview; and Bill Collins, Paul Collins, Drew Flood and James Cassidy were awarded Maryland Sales Transaction of the Year for Democracy Center.
FINANCE: C&PC received three of the Top Ten Regional Finance Agent Awards - #3 Christian Miles, #5 David Webb and #6 John Campanella. Phil Mudd and Christian Miles were awarded Washington, DCFinance Transaction of the Year for Watergate and Virginia Finance Transaction of the Year for Waterview.
LEASING: C&PC brokers received six of the Top Ten Leasing Agent Awards - #1 Spencer Stouffer, #2 Christopher Sowick, #5 James Hunter, #7 Todd Brinkman, #8 Michael Altman, and #10 Thomas Cresce. In addition, John Myers received the #3 Top MarylandLeasing Agent.
In 2006, Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers joined the Colliers International affiliation, one of the top commercial real estate organizations in the world. Colliers International is a global affiliation of independently owned commercial real estate firms. The organization's 11,000 employees span the world in 293 offices in 63 countries. In August 2008, Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers consolidated its ownership structure with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Colliers Pinkard, and Colliers ABR, forming a holding company that is one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate service firms.
